Welcome to Squishy Kisses, and thank you for visiting.
Squishy kisses was started when a friend of mine, knowing that I was a sewer innocently asked me whether or not I had made the baby sleeping bag that my son was wearing at the time - "No" I replied, to which she responded "well surely you could", and thus the seed was planted, I already had my trusty sewing machine, and had also just purchased a second hand embroidery machine which I was going to use just adding embroidery to some of the clothes I made for my children.
So from there it grew, first I made a couple of sleeping bags for my youngest, then some gifts for friends babies then a couple of friends suggested I sell them and so Squishy Kisses was born.
Squishy kisses are what my 3 young children give me every night when we say goodnight, they hug me as hard as they can and give me a great big kiss, they call them squishy kisses, and so as this business was inspired by and built around my kids, why not let them name it too!!
